Using mindfulness and a weight inclusive mentality, we will investigate your relationship with food. Nutritional therapy is primarily dedicated to helping you establish healthy habits and thought processes around food. This is NOT a diet or weight loss program. It is a holistic approach to emotional eating behaviors.
